The plan seeks to work with multiple partners in the e- Content segment in the country. The proponents of the Action Group include – Ministry of human resources and development (MHRD), Global e-Schools and Communities Initiative (GeSCI) (www.gesci.org), Centre for Science, Development and Media Studies (CSDMS) (www.csdms.in).

The plan seeks to define a national consultation process combining online thematic conference/e-discussion clubbed with several regional consultations on issues that have to be collated towards providing a consultative and participatory policy development process.

Quest Alliance, with their skill and know-how in the field of e-Content, will lead the process of collaboration with other stake holders in this segment, bringing together the expertise and experiences of the states, NGOs, CSOs and private organisations, who have experimented with the development, delivery and integration of ICT based content in schools. This would add value to the process of consultation.
