Research Assistant/Associate ? Publications

Job Description: Research, Content writing, Content generation and Partnership Development.

Desired Profile: Post Graduate in Sociology / English / Political Science / Management / Journalism with minimum 1 year experience, part of which should be in research, content writing, content generation and partnership development. Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills. Freshers with good spoken and written English may also apply.

Content Writer

Job Description:Candidate would be responsible for developing, editing, translation, copywriting, creative writing, proofreading of contents for print publications, websites, newsletters, brouchers and other print material.

Desired Profile: Graduates / Post graduates in English, Comparative Literature, Journalism, Communication, Advertising etc. Candidate should have excellent command over English Language. He/She should have an interest and passion for writing. Candidates having relevant experience in print media/web will be preferred.

Sales/Marketing/Business Development

Job Description:: Advertising Sales / Space Selling / Concept Selling

Desired Profile:Management Graduates with good communication and presentation skills. Candidate should have 0-1years of experience of advertising sales, space selling in the media or any service industry. He / She should be a team player and able to handle assignments independently. The incumbent should be self motivated and have profit centered approach towards business. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Internship

Background

In order to attract motivated and talented students & other interested individuals to work in the fields of ICT and research, CSDMS has initiated an Internship Programme (IP). The objective of the internship programme is two fold viz

to provide a framework by which graduate and post-graduate students, from diverse academic backgrounds may work in the organization for a short period of time to enhance their educational experience; and

to provide the different institutes staff members with the assistance of highly motivated and talented students to execute work in key thematic areas in ICT and development. Under IP, interns with good analytical and research aptitude and capable of hard and diligent work under the guidance of Institute?s faculty will be selected.

Eligibility

Students studying in recognized colleges, universities and institutions of higher learning are eligible to apply for the Internship Programme.

Applications for the Internship Programme must be duly forwarded by the Principal/Dean/Registrar of the College/University/Institution, in which the student is currently studying.

A commitment of at least one month internship and full time work from the intern.

Duration
Minimum period: 1 month

Maximum period: 6 months–1 year, subject to the satisfactory performance of the Interns and duration of the research project.

Foreign Students

The foreign students could also apply for internship, on the projects, related to research in ICT and capacity building in or outside India.
